  • This category encompasses the skills that employees have identified and evaluated in themselves but are not part of their job requirements. 
  • Essentially, these skills are extra capabilities that employees bring to their profile, enriching their professional portfolio beyond the scope of their current role.
  • Skill Source : Added by Employees to Their Profile


Other Skills

  • These are skills identified by managers as relevant to the role but have not been self-assessed by the employee. 
  • They highlight potential areas for growth or development that the employee has yet to evaluate.
  • Skill Source : Success Profiles ( Role Management Process)



What does a Suggested Rating mean?


A Suggested Rating represents the benchmark level for a skill as defined in the success profile. It indicates the desired proficiency level for that skill.


Can Managers view skill definitions?


Yes, managers can view the definitions of skills by clicking on the skill name, which will display the definition below it.


Is it mandatory for Managers to rate employees on all skills?


No, managers are not required to rate employees on all skills. They can choose the skills they want to rate an employee on. 


Which skills are considered in the Role Fit Calculation?


Only the manager’s assessments of current skills and other skills are considered in the Role Fit calculation.
