Manager / Rater will receive an invitation email to rate their direct report's skills.



STEP 1: Click on the "Start Now" button from the invitation email.

STEP 1.1 Alternatively, if you have registered before, you may login from TalentPulse's login URL. Refer here on how to login.


STEP 2: From the landing page, click on "My Team", then select "Rate Team Skills"


You will be landed directly to "TEAM SKILLS" page if you log in from the "Start Now" button in the invitation email.


STEP 3: Select the name from the left panel that you wish to rate.



STEP 4: There is an informative button where you can check on the skill description and proficiency level description before the actual rating.

Click on the "arrow" button besides the skill title to view or hide the description of the skill.



STEP 5: Hover to the proficiency level to see the description of the level.



STEP 6: Select the skill and rate based on the pre-defined level. 


The selected rating will be auto-saved. You may take a break and continue with the rating later. 


STEP 7: You may also add remarks to justify why such rating is given, or any important notes. Click on "Add Remarks", then click on "Add" button.


STEP 8: Key in the remarks, then click on "Save'


STEP 9: Click on "Save & Submit" to finalise and submit the rating.


STEP 10: Click on "Submit" to confirm.
