Why doesn’t the assigned project appear on the rater/feedback provider’s main page after they receive the invitation? Print

The project will appear only after feedback providers click the "Start Now" button in their invitation email.
Once redirected to the main page, it may take 5–10 seconds for the project to load. If it doesn’t appear immediately, advise feedback providers to refresh the page after waiting 10 seconds.

If a feedback provider is assigned to multiple projects (e.g., 3 projects), they need to click "Start Now" from each of their respective invitation emails to ensure all projects are registered in their list.
