You may wonder why your status changed from START to COMPLETE even when you yet to attempt the assessment.
Well, don't panic. Let us tell you why.
FAIR PLAY
To ensure a fair comparison among all candidates, candidates are restricted to one completion of each assessment within 12 months to minimize practice effect.
NO RE-SITTING THE ASSESSMENT
Candidates are not allowed to re-sit for the assessment if they have completed the same assessment within the previous 12 months, UNLESS the system identifies the scores as invalid.
CANDIDATE IDENTIFICATION
Candidate identification information (i.e., e-mail address) are gathered upon signing up/logging into TalentPulse. It helps to verify if candidates' assessment scores are already available in the database.
SHARING THE RESULT
When the system automatically detects that existing data is available, candidates are provided with the opportunity to share their existing results to the new organisation / programme by clicking “Start”.
AUTOMATICALLY COMPLETED
Upon clicking "Start", the assessment status will be automatically updated to COMPLETED rather than having to wait for the 12-month window to end.
