STEP 1: If an incorrect password is entered, the system will display an error message indicating the remaining number of attempts available.


STEP 2: After three (3) failed attempts, the user will be redirected to the Account Recovery page. 

Select “Reset My Password”.

Redirect user back to login page.



STEP 3: The user will be directed to the Forgot Password page.


STEP 4: It is advisable to double-check the email address. If all is good, select “Reset My Password”.


STEP 5: A notification will appear and the user will receive a reset password email. 


STEP 6: Set the password according to the system requirement.


STEP 7: Click “Reset Password” once done.


STEP 8: Access TalentPulse by logging in using the newly updated password.
