To view gap for Current Role:
STEP 1: Login into TalentPulse > Switch to candidate view > at the profile tab > go to My Role Fit page
STEP 2: Candidate will be able to view their current role fit gap by clicking on the “View Gap” button under current role.
STEP 3: The details of role fit measurement and it’s predicted role fit will be displayed. Candidate can have a deeper insight by expanding the competency naming.
Leadership, Agility and Cultural Fit quadrant scores are reflecting from psychometric assessment. Skills’s scores are reflecting from technical skills rating.
The competencies in Leadership, Cultural Fit and Skills quadrant are based on client’s framework.
To view gap for Aspired Role:
STEP 1: At My Role Fit page, under Aspired Role Fit, candidate can select their aspired role to view the role fit gap.
The dropdown roles are based on the role setup in “My Aspiration” page.
STEP 2: Upon selecting the aspired role, the candidate can have an overview of the role fit matching percentage.
STEP 3: Click on the “View Gap” to view the fit gap detail.
STEP 4: The details of role fit measurement and it’s predicted role fit will be displayed. Candidate can have a deeper insight by expanding the competency naming.
