STEP 1: At My Role Fit page, under Aspired Role Fit, candidate can select their aspired role to view the role accountability.

The dropdown roles are based on the role setup in “My Aspiration” page.

STEP 2: Click on the “View Gap” to view the role accountability.

STEP 3: By default, the system will display “View Gap” page. At the dropdown, select “Job Purpose”

STEP 4: The aspired job purpose/role accountability is with grey bar before the statement whereas the black bar refers to current job purpose / role accountability.the purpose/role

STEP 5: The candidate can switch the aspired role by clicking on the dropdown.
