This article will guide you through the steps to complete the survey rating exercise. Follow the steps below to complete the exercise successfully.


Step 1: Login into Talentpulse. Go to "Activities" and select the relevant assessment. Click "Start" to begin. 
*If you were assigned more than one assessment, toggle between assessments by clicking "< or >".


Step 2: You will be redirected to the rating survey page. 

Click "Start" to begin.


Notice the bold wordings in the welcome note? It means:
Own Behaviours = Self-Rating
Behaviour of Others = Rating others


Step 3: If you are assigned to rate multiple ratees, a notification will appear stating the name of the Ratees.
Remain the box to be ticked

Click "Begin Rating" to start.


Please note that if you untick them, this means that you CHOOSE not to rate them. 
This step is irreversible and would require our Support helps to reset.


Step 4: Start with the self-rating. (Skip this if you participate as RATER only). 

Click "Finish" once done. 


A red dot beside the Name signifies that certain questions is currently incompleted.


Step 5: Once finished, a notification will appear to confirm that you have completed the Self Evaluation. Click "OK".


Step 6: Proceed to rate others. Similarly, click "Finish" once done.

Notice that your percentage will show as 100% if all questions have been answered.


Step 7: A notification will appear to confirm that you have completed all the evaluations. Click "OK".


Step 8: You will be redirected to a loading page. Please do not refresh or click the "Back" button.


Step 9: Once all evaluations are successfully submitted, a Thank You page will appear. Click "Continue".


Step 10: You will then be redirected back to the TalentPulse page.

Located at the top right of the page, this rating guide shows the scale description.


Extra 2: Switch View

Located at the top right of the page, this feature enables raters to switch the interface of the survey. 

(1) Multi-Ratee View

(2) Individual Rating view.
