Following our recent launch of mobile-friendly assessment tools, we are excited to unveil the latest enhancements in our assessment marketplace. This update brings Hogan assessments to a new level of precision, now featuring upgraded global norms.

What is it about:

  • Hogan started collecting data to establish new global norms after transitioning their assessments to a four-point response scale to capture more nuanced individual responses.

  • The updated norms better represent and reflect the diversity of the current global workforce and will provide more precise and meaningful insights. 

  • These enhancements apply to the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI).

What it means for you:

  • If you are currently using Hogan assessments:

    • From 13 October 2023 onwards, all candidates undergoing Hogan assessments will have scores based on the latest global norms.

    • Candidates assessed before 13 October 2023 will remain unaffected by this update.
