Bulk-Download Skills Rating Scores for Quick Gap Analysis

If you’re responsible for overseeing the Skills Rating program, this feature is tailored to your needs! You can now easily download employee skills ratings in bulk and conduct more effective skill gap analyses.
Follow these steps:
Log in as an Administrator.
Navigate to Org View > Profile Management.
Select the employees by clicking the checkbox on the left side of the table.
Use the “Search By” option to filter for employees.
Click on “Group Actions” > “Download Skills Rating Score.”
A popup is prompted. Click ’Save’ to confirm and the score file will be saved accordingly.
