You can now invite candidates to assessments in the way that suits you best, either through TalentPulse email or by sharing a unique assessment link via other channels.
What it means for you:
- Invite candidates via TalentPulse emails and follow up by sharing a link.
- If a candidate doesn't receive the email, copy and share the link directly for them to proceed with assessments.
- If you prefer not to use TalentPulse emails, directly share the assessment link via other channels like WhatsApp.
Steps to get your hands on it:
Navigate to Assessment > Manage.
Select the project to which your candidates are added.
Under the Candidate Management "Actions" column, copy the assessment link for each candidate individually.
Share the link with your candidate!
