Enjoy the flexibility of choosing how to communicate with your candidates — you now have the option to skip sending TalentPulse emails for any specific reasons.



What it means for you:

  • All emails are enabled by default. When you disable an email, it will not be sent.
  • If the invitation email is disabled, you can invite candidates by navigating to "Candidate Management" and copying the candidate's assessment link to share.


Steps to get your hands on it:

  1. Navigate to Assessment > Manage.

  2. Select the project for which you want to update the email settings.

  3. Under "Email Configuration", toggle off the email templates you do not want to be used.

  4. Toggle them back on if you want emails to be sent via TalentPulse.
